Can someone please tell me what is up with Paterson and his oversharing? When he went public with his past affair, I thought, okay, that’s an interesting political decision—to get the jump on the tabloids and just be up front about everything. I can respect that.

But do we really need to hear about his history of drug usage? Who cares? Now I just think he likes to talk about himself.

This country is not your AA meeting, Paterson.

Seriously! It's amazing how little I care about his personal life. Or about him. Apparently Spitzer was a hypocrite who slept with hookers, but at least he had personality. *rolls eyes*

I know! The Hubby and I were remarking on that the other night. One gets the impression that if someone were to actually ask him a question about state government, like, say, what he planned to do with the budget, he might just answer with, "I don't know, but I once had impure thoughts about the state comptroller..."
