Lookit! It's a course catalogue...
Apr. 6th, 2003 09:12 pmWhee! The course catalog is up for next semester!
Now to figure out my schedule...it looks like it's going to be a heavy monday-wednesday semester again...
I know I want to take Kashrut with Pahmer and Psalms with Cohen. I have to take Western Civ I with Freedman, even if he is the antichrist. And if I don't take Myth and Folklore with Silver, (a)I'll never forgive me, and (b)she'll never forgive me.
Aside from those, I ought to take an American history towards my major, but Schrecker, the local US history pro, is on sabbatical. I'd gladly take Kosak, but it's an honors class, and I'm not sure I'm willing to inflict one of those upon myself for a subject I don't love. I'm contemplating Ideas: Antiquity to Renaissance, but I didn't love Stenhouse this semester. I have to find out what he has planned for the class.
(Side note - I'm amused by the existance of Survey of Operatic Literature, taught by Glaser, because if you know the music dept, as I do, you know that the class exists for one girl. :snirch:)
There's also Latin, which isn't on the schedule and has to be put in. I'll have to round up Beth and the crew so we can figure that out...grah.
And then there's fencing. Do I want to be on the team next year? It's two hours a night, twice a week. I love the sport, but do I have the time? I don't know.
Aggh! Schedule-making is stressful!

Re: next semester
Date: 2003-04-06 07:34 pm (UTC)As to the fencing, I know all that. My only real question is: do I have the time for it? I really want to do it, just not at the exclusion of all else...I have to figure it out.
